This service is a door to door Air Express service for international parcels.
Online tracking is available with all parcels, £50.00 insurance comes as
standard, this covers the cost price only, not your price with your profit and
VAT.
You may track your parcel:-

Online - at www.dhl.co.uk .

E-track - enter your air waybill number ONLY in the subject field
and send to track@dhl.com .

Speed tracking - call 08701 100 300 and select option 2 for speed
tracking.

ExpressSMS - simply send a text with your air waybill number to
07720 334 455 and DHL will text you back with the latest information on your
shipment ( great for when you are on the move).

Fax back option - call 08701 100 300 and select option 3 for DHL
fax back service.
Additional insurance is available on all consignments with a minimum cost of
£9.00 and 1.5% of the value there after( please remember only the cost price of the
goods).
All prices displayed are excluding VAT which is applied to all EU shipments and
includes any fuel surcharge.
Any customs duties incurred should be charged to the recipient of the parcel, if
we are invoiced for any customs duties, we will pass them onto you.
Proof of delivery is available online, however if you require a hard copy we can
obtain this for you at the cost of £5.00.
Although DHL service is very good they do not guarantee delivery times.
