Terms and Conditions
Bananadoo have the right to terminate this contract at anytime and for any reason they deem fit.
You may terminate this contract at anytime providing you have settled any outstanding invoices and returned any unused Documentation.
The Service
The Service provided by Bananadoo to the customer shall be provided in accordance with the specifications as published on its own and those couriers web sites it uses. As amended from time to time.
Each courier shall have the discretion to decide not to carry any consignment, which in its reasonable opinion, are unsuitable for carriage.
Bananadoo have the right to withdraw and add any courier service from or to its list of services at anytime.
Charges
For the purpose of the agreement, charges means the charges set out on the web site Bananadoo.com and any other amounts properly chargeable to the customer in connection with this agreement. Any discrepancies with your invoice must be reported to ourselves within 7 days or the original invoice total will be chargable.
All prices set out on Bananadoo.com are exclusive of VAT. The Customer shall pay the charges without set-off, withholding or deduction. If the customer fails to pay any sum due under the agreement within 7 days or 10 days for Direct Debit and credit card payments of the date of the Bananadoo / Consolidated postage invoice for such sum. Bananadoo shall without prejudice to any other right or remedy that it may have, be entitled to suspend the provision of the services or any part thereof and charge the customer interest at the rate of 10% per whole month from invoice date of any sums outstanding.
Customers shall be liable for payment of all taxes, customs duties, levies, imports and other charges imposed by regulatory bodies. In addition to this customers willl be liable to any charges, charged to bananadoo by its couriers for returns, excess weight, holding fees and any other public or private liabilities and other charges imposed by them. Credit card payment will incurr an additional 5% handling fee ( This fee will not be shown on your invoice)
An additional minimum charge of £1.00 per consignment is payable for any dockets used that were not issued by ourselves, unless we are informed via telephone or email through the bananadoo.com website. This charge will be increased to cover any costs and time used to trace the sender's account details.
Insurance.
Bananadoo / Consolidated postage do not offer any insurance with this service and insurance is only available from the courier used with the service. Each courier has different levels of insurance as laid out with bananadoo.com The Terms of each couriers insurance can be found on the individual web sites. Cover is only available for Damaged and lost parcels and not late deliveries.
Each courier has they own time frame and policies for dealing with claims and any outstanding invoices owed to us must be settled within 7 days no matter of the outcome of any claim or delay in outcome.

As per laid out on the individual couriers web site. To contact us through Bananadoo.com and inform us of all consignments sent, otherwise you will be billed for each individual parcel sent to the same address.

Notice
All notices sent under this agreement shall be in writing and will be available online at the Bananadoo.com web site, by clicking the acceptance field the agreement has been accepted by yourself.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be subject to English law, and the Parties agree to submit any disputes arising therefrom to the English courts. Any court costs incurred by this will be liable by yourselves.
