With this Service Mercury will collect your parcel(s) from anywhere in main land UK. Once you have opened an account with us, you will simply log into Bananadoo, go through the quote process and click on the book now button to use this service

You will receive an email containing all the documents in a PDF file.  You will need to print off the documents and attach them to the parcel ready fro the courier to collect.

This service is a multiple parcel consignment rate price which means if you are sending more then one parcel to the same address on the same day you are able to total the whole weight of your parcels. If you are obtaining a price from our site then this will be worked out for you.

Volumetric Calculating

Mercury Express is calculated on either actual weight or volumetric weight which ever is the greater on each parcel.

By measuring each parcels length, height and width in centimeters at their widest point and multiplying them together and then dividing by 4000 you will have worked out the volumetric weight, if this is more then the actual weight you will be invoiced for the size of the box and not the weight.
Example:- 40cmX35cmX32cm divided by 4000 = 11.2 = 11.5KG
