Claims must be submitted to us according to the timescale of the individual courier and service. You will be required to supply us with a Cost receipt (not the sale/retail invoice) and proof of any enhanced insurance if applicable. The consignment numbers involved and recipients name full international address and telephone numbers are mandatory.
For damaged parcels you may have to ask the recipient to hold on to any damaged goods and the packaging to be inspected by the Couriers agents. There may be some time delay before goods are inspected so please make the recipient aware of this as if they are not available your claim may be void.
China, glass or antiques, real fur, watches, Stamps, Currency, resin and Porcelain products, any items made largely of Gold, Silver or other precious metals, Diamonds and other precious stones. Hazardous or Dangerous goods, jewelery and any documents. All of the above are not covered against loss or damage.

10 days notice to inform us of a claim from the date of dispatch and then you have 7 days to supply us with any relevant documents. If the parcel is delivered after 10 days damaged you have a 20 day window in which to inform us of a claim with 7 days to supply us with any relevant documents

You have 30 days after dispatch to inform us of a claim and 7 days to supply us with any relevant documents. This may be extended if the parcel arrives after 30 days damaged.

10 days notice to inform us of a claim from the date of dispatch and then you have 7 days to supply us with any relevant documents. If the parcel is delivered after 10 days damaged, you have a 25 day window in which to inform us of a claim with 3 days to supply us with any relevant documents.
