Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: We ship all over the world
Q: How long will my parcel take?
A: It all depends which service you use, and to what destination your parcel is going to.
Q: Do I pay Customs/Import duty?
A: As a rule your customer in the relevant country will need to pay any duties required.
Q: How do I pay for my parcel?
A: You will be invoiced monthly for all your parcels, we require to pay by direct debit.
Q: Do you offer insurance for the parcel
A: The insurance is with the courier used and not us. Insurance is for loss or damage not late delivery, please read the insurance page for details and an explanation of how the insurance works.
Q: Do I need to be sending a large volume of parcels to open an account?
A: No, you may use our service to send only one parcel, or as many as you like.
Q: Is there a maximum size or weight for each parcel being sent?
A: This depends on the individual courier being used.
Q: Can I send parcels within the UK?
A: Yes we do offer a service for heavy and large parcels and pallets.
Q: Will your site give me an
accurate price?
A: Yes as long as the dimensions
and weight are accurate.
Q: Are there any hidden charges I
should know about?
A: No, as long as you follow all
the instructions on the 'How it Works' pages.
Q: Can we use dockets given to us
from the driver?
A: No. We then do not know
who has been using our account. We will charge you to find out it was you
who sent it.
Q: Can we use you for shipments
in the UK?
A: Yes. We have very
competitive rates for heavy and bulky items, and reasonable rates for your
smaller parcels.

A: Of course. The office is
open Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm. We are always here to help in any way we can.
