DPD
Classic service is a road service used for most European countries This is a
door to door service which will require a signature from the recipient
and DPD are unable to deliver to a PO Box address.
This is a boxed rate service so as long as the box is under 1.75m in length
and the length and girth combined is no more than 3m and weighs no more then 30KG to the
Channel islands and Rep Ireland and 31.5KG to all of the other destinations
it covers. You will be invoiced per parcel and not per consignment. You
have no concerns over Volumetric charges so it's one simple price per
box.

Transit
times depend on the country you are exporting to, with each consignment
being insured for the value of approximately £5.00 per 1KG sent i.e
10KG
parcel is insured for £50.00. This figure is worked out on the
worldwide price of gold which fluctuates so an exact price can not be
given. Extra insurance is available at a charge of 1% of the goods value, with a minimum charge of £7.00.
If you require extra insurance you will need to request a DPD Two docket
from us and insure you tick the extra insurance section and the tick box
for the DPD service
Claims may be made for Loss or Damage but not delays.
Non
Eu Countries have an additional Charge for Customs Clearance which is
built in to our price This does not cover any import tax that may be due
on the goods. Any charges incurred from this will be passed on to your invoice.
