This service is a door to door Domestic Express service for
domestic parcels.
Online tracking is available with all parcels, £50.00 insurance comes as
standard, this covers the cost price only, not your price with your profit and
VAT.
You may track your parcel:-

Online - at www.dhl.co.uk .

E-track - enter your air waybill number ONLY in the subject field
and send to track@dhl.com .

Speed tracking - call 08701 100 300 and select option 2 for speed
tracking.

Express SMS - simply send a text with your air waybill number to
07720 334 455 and DHL will text you back with the latest information on your
shipment ( great for when you are on the move).

Fax back option - call 08701 100 300 and select option 3 for DHL
fax back service.
Additional insurance is available on all consignments with a minimum cost of
£9.00 and 1.5% of the value there after. Therefore £9.00 of insurance,
will cover your goods up to a value of £600.00 ( please remember only the cost price of the
goods).
All prices displayed are excluding VAT and
includes any fuel surcharge.
Proof of delivery is available online, however if you require a hard copy we can
obtain this for you at the cost of £5.00.
